These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Regrow mobile application (Bundle ID: com.regrow.app), referred to as "Regrow," "the App," "we," or "our." By downloading, installing, or using Regrow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Regrow is an iOS application that provides a structured daily protocol, educational content, and progress-tracking tools related to foreskin restoration. The App includes guided exercises, a daily streak system, progress photo logging, and personalized insights based on an onboarding quiz.
Regrow offers the following in-app purchase options:
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. The actual price will be displayed in the App before purchase.
Important: Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
The Lifetime Access purchase grants permanent access to all App features. This is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. As with all App Store purchases, refund requests for the Lifetime Access purchase are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly identified in the App along with its duration. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the advertised rate.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All billing inquiries and refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.
Regrow is an educational and motivational tool only. The content provided in the App, including exercises, routines, and informational material, does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new health-related regimen. Use the App at your own risk.
All content you create within the App, including progress photos, quiz answers, and streak data, is stored exclusively on your device. The App does not upload, transmit, or back up your content to any server.
Because all data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for backing up your device. Uninstalling the App, resetting your device, or device loss will result in permanent deletion of all App data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
All content within the App, including text, graphics, icons, images, and software, is the property of Regrow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

In addition to these Terms, your use of Regrow is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
