Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open Regrow, walk through the intro and quiz, and tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen. Your subscription will be restored automatically via your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Regrow and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Are my photos private?

Yes. All photos are stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded, shared, or backed up to any server. If you delete the app, your photos are permanently deleted with it.

Can I switch between weekly, yearly, and lifetime plans?

Yes. On the paywall screen, select a different plan and complete the purchase. Apple will handle the transition. If you upgrade mid-cycle, Apple prorates the remaining time.

I completed a day but it did not mark as complete.

Make sure you tapped the "Mark Day Complete" button at the bottom of the lesson screen. Progress only saves when you explicitly tap it.

Is this medical advice?

No. Regrow provides educational content based on the tissue expansion science used in reconstructive surgery. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns about your body.

The app is not loading or crashes on launch.

Try force-quitting and reopening. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app. Your subscription will be restored via your Apple ID. Note that locally stored photos will be lost on reinstall.
